Hastings resident and business owner, Nick Fox, was the first to take the stage at the Rotary Pavilion in Levee Park Friday morning. He played a variety of rock, folk and alternative music. Levee Park served as the main venue for celebrations, with every other performance returning back to the park. The night ended there with the South Washington County Community Band.
