The Hastings Raiders girls' tennis team hosted the Simley Spartans on Tuesday and lost 5-2, a rare event for the Raiders recently. Hastings won one of the singles matches and one of the doubles.

The Raiders' lone singles win came at No. 4 singles from Brooklyn Keller, who won 6-3, 6-0. Claire Keller went three sets but lost at No. 1 singles 6-3, 4-6, 6-2; Reese Keller fell at No. 2 singles 6-4, 6-2 and Autumn Winkler lost at No. 3 singles 6-1, 6-3.

In doubles, the team of Ruby Rotty and Mikayla Schuster took No. 3 doubles for Hastings 6-2, 6-4. Molly Moran and Charlotte Kranz lost their No. 1 doubles match 6-4, 6-3 and Chloe Konrady/Ellie Haas fell at No. 2 doubles 0-6, 6-3, 6-3.

Hastings traveled to Roseville on Wednesday and hosts Hill-Murray on Thursday for Senior Night to wrap up the regular season.
