The Hastings Raider volleyball team saw its season come to an end Tuesday night in Eagan. The Raiders, who were the No. 8 seed in Section 3AAAA, were swept by the top-seeded Eagan Wildcats 25-6, 25-3, 25-9 in the first round of the section playoffs.

The Raiders finish 2021 with a 1-22 overall record. Their lone win came on September 9 at South St. Paul when they beat the Polars 3-1 (20-25, 31-29, 26-24, 25-19). Besides that, Hastings went four sets with North St. Paul and five sets against Bloomington Kennedy last night.
