April 10
At 12:47 a.m. a Hastings officer stopped a vehicle at 18th and Ravenna Trail. After investigation, 41-year-old Saeed Abdi Omar, Minneapolis, was arrested for driving with a canceled license.
Officers were called to the 700 block of South Oaks Drive on the report of a theft. About $3,350 in property was stolen.
April 11
A stolen vehicle was located in the 1600 block of Vermillion Street at 2:44 a.m. The driver, Sarah Natasha Harris, a 32-year-old Minneapolis woman, was arrested for receiving stolen property.
About $850 worth of property was stolen from the 900 block of 31st Street West.
April 12
Officers were called to the 200 block of General Sieben Drive on a report of drug activity. Officers cited and released one juvenile.
A Maplewood man was arrested after a traffic stop at Vermillion and Fifth streets at 4:26 p.m. Christopher Micheal Costanzo, 34, was arrested for driving with a canceled license, failure to transfer a title, no proof of insurance and expired registration.
April 14
Two people were arrested following a traffic stop near 10th and Sibley streets at 1:23 p.m.
Michael Lee Goodwin, 43, of Ham Lake was arrested on an outstanding warrant.
Sandra Ann Bartell, 43, of Braham was cited for driving with a revoked license and no proof of insurance.
Hastings police responded to the Highway 61 bridge on the report of a chase. Cottage Grove police were in pursuit of a stolen vehicle. It was later learned the driver was taken into custody. The incident occurred at 3:58 p.m.
April 15
Officers stopped a vehicle for speeding in the 1400 block of Ramsey Street at 8:40 a.m. During the stop, officers learned that the driver, Calistus Ugochukwu Alaribe, 38, of St. Paul had a canceled driver’s license. Alaribe was arrested.
A 38-year-old South St. Paul man, Nicholas Ryan Fogle, turned himself in on a warrant and was booked into the Dakota County Jail.
Two men were arrested on warrants at 8:57 p.m. in the 2600 block of Commerce Drive. Arrested were 23-year-old Dylan M. Perry and 22-year-old Caleb C. Perry, both of Hastings.
Dylan Perry was arrested for a misdemeanor Goodhue County warrant.
Caleb Perry was arrested for felony warrants out of Dakota County and Washington County.
