Historical Society seeks applicants for board of trustees
The Dakota County Historical Society is seeking applicants interested in joining the organization's board of trustees. Applicants should fill out a statement of interest form and return it by Saturday, Dec. 15, to the Lawshe Memorial Museum, 130 Third Ave. N., South St. Paul.
The Dakota County Historical Society was founded in 1939 to preserve, interpret and promote the history of Dakota County. Today, it operates three historic sites — Lawshe Memorial Museum, LeDuc Historic Estate and Sibley Historic Site. The organization reaches over 50,000 people through exhibits, programs and community outreach.
