Mattress sale benefits HHS Vocal music program
On Saturday, Feb. 7, the Hastings High School foyer will turn into a mattress store and show room for its first ever Mattress Fundraiser Sale with the help of Custom Fundraising Solutions, Twin Cities.
“This is a fundraiser for the Hastings music programs,” said HHS choir director Lin Warren, “which includes about 450 choir students in all.”
Inside, there will be display models for mattresses ranging in cost from $199 to $2,500. Yelton’s CFS employees will be on hand to serve the customers, make the sales, and arrange for deliveries. Each purchase directly benefits the Hastings music program.
“It’s an easy fundraiser and potentially a big profit. We have a lot of things we want to accomplish based on how much we earn, including help with the cost of our upcoming choir trip, this year to Puerto Rico, that the kids really look forward to.”
