A person submitting images grants The Hastings Star Gazette non-exclusive, royalty-free copyright license to publish the photos online or in print and to republish them at any time in the future in any and all RiverTown Newspaper Group or Forum Communications Co. media.

A photo must be an accurate representation of the scene, not digitally altered in any way.
