Hastings woman injured in crash near La Crosse, Wis.

A Hastings woman, 20-year-old Allison Nolan, was injured in a weekend crash about 20 miles northwest of La Crosse, Wis.

Sheriff's deputies in western Wisconsin continue to investigate the crash that killed two drivers. It occurred on Highway 35-54 near Tempealeau.

A truck driven by a Trempealeau man, 56-year-old James Harnish, crossed the centerline and struck a westbound sport utility vehicle driven by Nolan. Harnish then struck head-on a westbound car driven by a man from Prairie du Chien, Wis, 36-year-old Jonathan Helgerson.

Helgerson and Harnish both died.

Nolan's vehicle came to a rest in a ditch. She was flown to a hospital with undisclosed injuries.
