Hastings got a taste of celebrity this week.

Mo Rocca, the host of the Cooking Channel's "My Grandmother's Ravioli," has been in town to film an episode of the show.

A Hastings resident and her Icelandic cooking will be featured on the show. Mo Rocca and his film crew spent Tuesday and Wednesday, July 1 and 2, filming at the home of Áslaug Warmboe and her family. The Cooking Channel host has also been spoted visiting at least one local restaurant.

Look for a feature story on Warmboe and the show in the July 10 issue of the Hastings Star Gazette.
