The Two Rivers Vintage Crawl was held May 4-7 in the cities of Hastings, Stillwater and Afton. Eye Candy REfind hosted the event in Hastings. Lacy Vreeland, owner of Eye Candy, said that this is the fifth time having the vintage crawl in the past three years, but it will now be an annual spring event.
A number of Etsy stores were on location in Oliver's Grove selling their products including Tinsel & Twig, LoLo Lettering, Sayer Goods, Joyful Revival and It is Well Woodworking.
Fernando Ortiz was also at the event in his food truck called Taco Borracho. He was offering pork, beef and chicken tacos to the hungry vintage crawlers.
Vreeland said that this year's crawl was the best one to date.
"(It was) so fun working with local Hastings businesses to bring new shoppers downtown to enjoy the new river front and parks and all that we have to offer," Vreeland said.
There were eight participating shops within the three cities including Apron Chicks, My Sister's Cottage, Mama's Happy, Reclaiming Beautiful, Strawberry Patch, Dwell Furniture and Home decor, The Foundry on St. Croix and Eye Candy REfind.
