Approvals/Authorizations: County Board Meeting Minutes May 2, 2017. Public Hearing to Receive Comments on and Adopt Amendment to Dakota County Ordinance No. 101, Section 15, Subd. 4, Regulating the Licensing and Sales of Intoxicating Liquor, Off Sale. Final Plats Recommended by Plat Commission. Applications for Permit 1 to 4 Day Temporary On-Sale Intoxicating Liquor License for the Food Group Minnesota, Inc. and Lions Club of Farmington to Conduct Excluded Bingo. Acquisition Settlements for Parcel 20 (400) for CP 86-29. Respond to Request for Assessment of Need/Letter of Support. Form a Leadership Work Group on Emergency Shelter. Extend Lease and Execute Amendment to Lease Between Dakota County and Specialized Environmental Technologies, Inc. for County-Owned Property in Empire Township. Adoption of the East-West Transit Study and County Natural Resource Management System Plan. Purchase Countywide Learning Management System. License Agreement with St. Paul Growers Association for Use of County-Owned Parking Lot Adjacent to Apple Valley City Hall for Farmers Market. Joint Powers Agreements with City of Hastings to Provide Data Center Co-Location Services, Indemnification, Release, Waiver of Claims and Covenant Not to Sue Agreement and Permanent Drainage and Utility Easement with City of Eagan for Sanitary Sewer Line Within Lebanon Hills Regional Park, VRWJPO and City of Lakeville for CP 50-19 in Lakeville. Contract with Sir-Lines-A-Lot for CP 97-185 Epoxy Pavement Markings at Locations on County Highway System, Wenck Associates, Inc. for Engineering Services for Subwatershed Assessment of Lebanon Hills Regional Park, EnVue Telematics for Fleet Telematics and CliftonLarsonAllen, LLP for Auditing Services. Contract Amendment with Peoples Electric Company for Law Enforcement Center and Juvenile Service Center Security System Upgrade and Increase of Project Change Order Authority. Ratification of Grant Application for Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act Youth Program 2017 Plan and Authorization to Accept Funds, Execute Grant Agreement, and Execute Related Contract. Proclamations of Emergency Medical Services Week in Dakota County May 21-27, 2017 and May as Mental Health Month, Update on the Mental Health System and Presentation of Reports from Local Advisory Councils for Mental Health. Sponsorship of Snowmobile Club Grant-In-Aid Program Applications to MN DNR and Authorization to Execute Related Agreements. Consideration of Support for Voluntary Dissolution of CTIB.
