CVS Pharmacy is looking at putting a store in Hastings and is working on early plans to redevelop the northeast corner of the 15th and Vermillion street intersection.

The Hastings Public Works Department encourages community members to report pot holes in need of repair on public streets within the City limits. Now anyone can anonymously text the exact location of the pot hole to City staff using the City's Tip411 account.

Personally, I do not approve of same-sex marriage. However, now that gay marriage is law in Minnesota, indicating that a majority of Minnesotans believe the gay lifestyle deserves all the legitimacy, respect and approval of the heterosexual lifestyle, what remains to be done?

Hastings boys lacrosse team earns its third win of the season

The Hastings boys lacrosse team has officially improved over last season. This week, Hastings added a 7-6 win over Farmington, earning its third win of the season. Hastings now has more wins than last season. The Raiders are 3-5 on the season.

Hastings girls golf team places fourth at SEC meet

The Hastings girls golf team had its best Suburban East Conference finish of the year on Monday at the Stillwater Country Club. Hastings placed fourth in the meet with a 187, just four shots off the first-place team from Forest Lake.
