Three charged in Nininger thefts
The Dakota County Sheriff’s Office has charged three people in connection with thefts from vehicles in Nininger Township in April. Charged with one count each of theft (aiding and abetting) are Shane Thomas Samuels, 19, Hastings; Michael Joseph Miller, 19, Onalaska, Wis., and Nathaniel Allen Williams, 20, of Hastings.September 02, 2010
