A high-speed chase through part of Hastings March 20 resulted in charges of fleeing a police officer in a motor vehicle, fourth-degree driving while impaired (DWI) and third-degree refusal to submit to testing being filed against Lemuel Arlington Anderson Jr., 37, no permanent address.
