Tai Chi/Qigong Class at Senior Center
A new Qigong class will be offered at the Hastings Senior Center starting Jan. 8. Tai Chi/Qigong is performed in China by people of a wide variety of ages to maintain health through stress relief, balance improvement and more. Relax and challenge yourself as you perform a full-body energy workout. Based on the principles of qigong and instructor Mark Laska’s three decades of martial arts experience, participants are encouraged to share a journey toward improved body awareness, balance and fitness.
