All four Hastings incumbent Hastings City Council members have filed for re-election. As of Wednesday morning the candidates filing are Anthony (Tony) Alongi, Ward 1; Joe Balsanek, Ward 2; Tony Nelson, Ward 3; and Danna Elling Schultz, Ward 4. Brian Meeks had also filed for the Ward 3 seat and Michael Grady has filed for Ward 1.
