Raiders place sixth at Don Saatzer invite
Finally, the Hastings boys golf team is enjoying some nice weather. Monday was certainly the highlight of the season thus far for the Raiders, who competed at their annual Don Saatzer Invitational. Hastings placed sixth out of 21 teams at the meet with a score of 319.The meet is held at the Hastings Country Club.

The Rotary Club Student of the Month is Sam Weber.
Mike Johnson, the Hastings High School principal, highly recommended Weber. In a nomination form, Johnson said this about Weber: To say that Sam Weber displays ‘service above self’ is an understatement. On a daily basis Sam takes care of people in his life and does so with a positive and uplifting attitude. To see this level of responsibility and leadership in a high school student is significant and rare.
