The 2300 block of Oak Street was full of police activity on Tuesday, April 16, for about three hours. At about 8 p.m., officers learned that a man with an active warrant was in a residence on Oak Street. They also learned the man had a handgun.

Oliver, faces a felony charge of criminal sexual conduct in the first degree after he allegedly sexually assaulted a college student near Riverside Park in Minneapolis on Nov. 19.
