It is truly shameful that our Senators Amy Klobuchar and Al Franken are supporting legal status for criminal Mexican illegals. At a time when unemployment among American teenagers is near a record high of 25 percent, extra income is badly needed at many Minnesota households. Hastings Rotary Club offers free fishing boat rides for seniors
Eventually, the boating season will come and the Hastings Rotary Club is preparing for it. As one of the host chapters for Let’s Go Fishing, it is getting ready for another season of fishing and boat rides for seniors along the St. Croix and Mississippi rivers. Last year, about 700 riders had the opportunity to enjoy the outings on the rivers, according to Chuck Egeberg, Let‘s Go Fishing coordinator for the Hastings Rotary Club. The rides are free.
