Diane M. Legler-Fishback, 67 - Services Updated

Diane M. Legler-Fishback (nee Olsen), 67, a Cape Coral, Fla., resident since 2008, formerly of Hastings, Minn., passed away Thursday, Feb. 7, in Cape Coral.

She was born March 1, 1945, in Hastings, to Kristian and O'Delia Olsen.

Diane was retired from Smead Manufacturing in Hastings where she served for over 30 years. She enjoyed going to the casino and being with family and friends. She had a wonderful sense of humor and never missed the opportunity to have a good laugh.

Diane is survived by her two children, Christopher Legler of Cape Coral and Mary Shea and son-in law Dale Shea of Cape Coral; a sister, Marlene Zapata of El Paso, Texas; two brothers, Bruce (Donna) Olsen of Hastings and David (Pam) Olsen of Bradenton, Fla.; three grandchildren, Robert Domek, Amanda Mears, and Megan Nestington; as well as four great-grandchildren, Ashton, Carter, Aiden, and James.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Kristian and O'Delia; brother Hans Olsen.

A celebration of life will be held at the Eagle's Club in Hastings from 2-5 p.m. Saturday, May 18.
