Helen C. McDonald, 90

Helen C. McDonald (Claffey), age 90, passed away Jan. 20.

Helen was born March 5, 1922.

Preceded in death by husband, Herbert J. McDonald; sisters, June Hammerschmidt and May Landman.

Survived by daughter, Patricia of Hastings; son, James (Christie) McDonald; four grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

A Mass of Christian Burial, officiated by Father Cole Kracke, will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, Jan. 24, at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church, 2035 15th St. W., Hastings. Visitation will be held 1 hour prior to service at church. Interment will be at Fort Snelling National Cemetery.
