David Dean Lindbeck, 52, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, Dec. 11, following a brief illness.

David Dean Lindbeck, 52, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, Dec. 11, following a brief illness.

He leaves behind his wife, Kathleen Marie (Rhode) Lindbeck; parents, Al and Iris Lindbeck; brothers, Mark Lindbeck (Dee) and Dan Lindbeck; his three children, Andy Lindbeck (Tiffany), Jackie Gintner (Derek), and Krystal Rotty (Dan); his three stepchildren, Steven Lefkowich, Felicia and Tina Trebesh; 13 grandchildren; and many friends.

Dave enjoyed being with family and friends, cruising on the river, and fixing anything he could get his hands on.

Visitation will be from 4-7 p.m. Monday, Dec. 17, with a service following, at Historic St. Boniface Church at The Little Log House Pioneer Village, 21889 Michael Ave., Hastings, Minn.

I still remember hanging out in study hall. Hard to believe he's gone. My thoughts and prayers are with the family.

Dave was a kind, generous and giving friend. He was always cheerful, had a wonderful sense of humor, not to mention always willing to help someone out.. He never complained or had a bad word to say about anyone. Seeing Dave brightened up your day. Life on the River will never be the same without him. It is our turn to say. Who Love You? We all do.
