Phyllis M. Tix, 84 - Services Updated

Phyllis M. Tix, age 84, of Chandler, Ariz., formerly of Hastings, Minn., passed away on Nov. 14.

Phyllis M. Tix, age 84, of Chandler, Ariz., formerly of Hastings, Minn., passed away on Nov. 14.

Preceded in death by parents, Eleanor and Frank Howard; husband, Roger Barclay; grandson Jonah Morton.

Survived by husband, Eugene Tix; son, David (Kathleen) Barclay; daughter, Susan (Stan) Oehrlein; step-children, Donald Tix, Mary (Michael) Jetson, Joanne (Donald) Bauer, Gerald (Yvette) Tix; 11 grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; brother, James (Jordis) Howard; also nieces, nephew, other relatives and friends.

Phyllis worked for the Hastings Police Dept. for 15 years prior to moving to Mesa, Ariz., She will be dearly missed.

Funeral service 11 a.m. Monday, Nov. 26, with visitation 1 hour prior to the service, at Our Saviour's Lutheran Church, 400 9th St. W., Hastings. Interment Lakeside Cemetery, Hastings.

I was saddened to read about Phyllis's passing but rely on God's love for her in everlasting peace. Best Wishes to Gene, Susan, Stan and the remaining family. Gary and Marlys Hughes, Mesa, AZ.
