Kenneth R. Damsgard, age 70, of Hastings, Dec. 1, 1941 - Aug. 9, 2012.

Born and raised in Forest Lake, graduate of Forest Lake High School in 1959, railroading over 30 years until retirement.

Preceded in death by parents, Ralph and May, and sister Nancy.

Survived by wife of 34 years, Roxy Ann; three children, Dawn (Lori), Katrina (Mike) Jaanus, and Jenny; grandchildren, Ariel, Shania, Nate, Chayanne, and Cordel; siblings John (Dawn), Karen, Lisa (Butch), Patty (Dave), Mary (Jim); brother-in-law Henry; nieces and nephews.

Memorial service 10:30 a.m. Monday, Aug. 20, at Clark Memorial United Church of Christ, 779 15th Ave. N., SSP. Visitation 1 hour before service. In lieu of flowers memorials preferred.
