Wendy Pommerening, 56

Wendy S. Pommerening, age 56, of Hastings, passed away July 23.

She was born Dec. 15, 1955, in Richfield, Minn. She married Gerald Pommerening in Richfield on July 9, 1988.

Wendy was preceded in death by her parents and brother, Richard. She is survived by husband, Gerald; daughters, Andrea (Nate) Meger and Liana (fiancé, Matt); grandchildren, Abigail and Isabelle; and sister, Sandy (Roger) Malm.

A memorial service will be held at 1 p.m. Friday, July 27, at Wise Family Funeral Home, 400 Spring St., Hastings. A gathering will be held 1 hour prior to the service at the funeral home. Memorials preferred to the American Cancer Society.
