Walter Pechacek, age 87, of Hastings, died peacefully in his Dennmark Township home on May 11.
The funeral Mass will be held 11 a.m. Tuesday, May 15, at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church, 2035 W. 15th St., Hastings, with visitation held 2 hours prior to service at church. Interment will follow in the parish cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Denmark Twp. Historical Society School House Fund or the Pechacek Memorial Scholarship at Inver Hills College.
