Notice is hereby given that the public test of the Accu-Vote counting equipment to be used in the township election for Marshan township will be

conducted on Tuesday, March 2, 2010 at 10:00 a.m. in the Property Taxation and Record's Office, Election Department, Dakota County Administration Center, 1590 Highway 55, Hastings, MN. The test will be observed by at least two election judges, who are not of the same political party,

and is open to representatives of the political parties,

candidates, the press and the public.

The optical scan voting system will be tested to ascertain that the system will correctly count the vote's cast for all candidates and on all questions.
