Lucy lived at Oakridge and was a neighbor/friend of my mom at that time. Lucy was always "Ms. Fashion"! She loved her clothes and always looked so nice! She was a wonderful lady! My thoughts and prayers go to her family. Nancy RussellPrescott, WI 01/23/2010 11:31 AM
