Abraham Jackson Mpaka, 46, was arrested Saturday at the Pleasant Hill Library in Hastings. He allegedly murdered his girlfriend in Florida in 2008. He was living under the alias Larry Holmes in Hastings. Mpaka was featured on America’s Most Wanted three times. A fourth showing was held Saturday, just hours after he was captured.
