Norgaard elected to MDRA board
Mike Norgaard, owner of the Hastings Motor Vehicle office since 1994, was elected to the Board of Directors of the Minnesota Deputy Registrar’s Association (MDRA) at the association’s annual conference held in St. Cloud this past week. Norgaard previously served two terms on the board from 2005-2010 as the associations’ treasurer.
