Richard joins Claflin family
Richard Henry Claflin was born on Sept. 19, 2012, at Regina Medical Center to Calla Juhnke and Richard Claflin of Hastings. At birth Richard weighed 8 pounds, 1.7 ounces and was 21 inches long.
