Man walks into bar, orders a water, eats black pepper then heads to Wisconsin

A suspicious male was reported at 2:10 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 1, in the 800 block of Bahls Drive. The man jumped out at a restaurant employee and startled her while she was on a break. The man introduced himself as “Viral.”
