Illegal firearms possession is charged
An Aug. 23 execution of a search warrant for stolen property at a residence on Radford Road in Hastings led to a charge of felony possession of firearm by an ineligible person (prior crime of violence) against Bryan Michael Penrose, 27, Hastings.
