Tutewohl receives outstanding high school leadership scholarship Robert Tutewohl of Hampton received the Outstanding High School Leadership Scholarship from the University of North Dakota for the 2012-2013 academic year. Tutewohl, the son of Jared and Judy Tutewohl, graduated from Hastings High School and plans to attend UND in the fall.
