The following personal property: 2002 Honda Goldwing - Vin No: 1HFSC47072A105854, Plate No: 59-538MD, will be sold at public auction by Dakota County Sheriff on the 20th day of August, 2012 at 10:00 am, at 1330 4th. Street South, South Saint Paul, MN to pay and satisfy a lien which is claimed to be due thereon from Larry Lee JR as the owner thereof to Richard Hayes for unpaid storage of said property in the sum of $2,350.00 Dollars, together with the expenses of advertising and making said sale. This is a cash only sale and to be paid at auctions end. To be sold as is with parts missing and not running.
