Engagement Darcyt Dress and Mitchell Sheman
Steve and Patty Dress of St. Paul and Glenn and Rhonda Shemon of Hastings are excited to announce the engagement of their children, Darcy Dress and Mitchell Shemon. Darcy graduated from Tartan High School and is a 2011 graduate of Dakota County Technical College with a certified medical assistant degree. She is employed by Neurological Associates of St. Paul, P.A. in Maplewood.
