Rochester man arrested after pursuit through Hastings

A 19-year-old Rochester man is in the Dakota County Jail after he led Dakota County deputies on a chase which began on Highway 52 and ended near Erickson Drive in Hastings at about 4:40 a.m. Thursday morning.
