Cocaine possession charged
The Dakota County Sheriff’s Office has charged John Luke Klemke, 24, Duluth, with one count of controlled substance crime in the third degree (possession), two counts of fourth-degree while driving impaired, and one count each of driving after suspension, open bottle, and failure to provide proof of insurance.
