Vermillion watercolor artist hits the big time

For Andy Evansen of Vermillion, painting outside on location brings with it a sense of adventure. He never quite knows how the painting is going to turn out, or how his day is going to go. That was definitely the case late last year when he set out on Goodwin Avenue to paint a farm house.
