A 19-old Hastings man, Dylan James Heinecke-Ross, faces charges of controlled substance crime in the fifth degree and theft after an incident Feb. 1 in Hastings. According to the criminal complaint, Hastings Police were called to a retail store on North Frontage Road on the report of a theft.
