Pedestrian hit by vehicle off Goodwin Avenue

An 83-year-old pedestrian, Leo Frank Girgen, remains in serious condition in Regions Hospital, St. Paul, with leg and head injuries after he was struck by a vehicle Wednesday morning on Goodwin Avenue west of Hastings.
