Fogarty announces bid for county commissioner's seat
Christy Jo Fogarty, a nine-year member of the Farmington City Council, has announced plans to seek the Dakota County Commissioner seat being vacated next year by current commissioner Joe Harris. Harris has announced he will not seek reelection after 32 years on the commission.
