National Weather Service forecast still points to major flooding in Minnesota
The National Weather Service (NWS) today issued a updated flood forecast that still shows widespread flooding across Minnesota. Major flooding is expected up and down the Red River valley and forecasters believe water levels in the Moorhead area could exceed 2009 flood levels.
