Hastings boys runners placed fifth of seven in Red Wing; girls took seventh

Meets for the Hastings cross country teams are getting more and more important as the fall season wears on. One big meet is planned for today (Thursday) in Owatonna, the site of the upcoming section meet. The meet gives the Raiders a chance to see the course and to run against some strong section competition.
