"He is an intelligent, well spoken, thoughtful man who will do the right thing in Washington." So you say. In any case, none of those things make him qualified. "Perhaps that is more than you can handle in a politician." Yes, John. I can't stand intelligent, well-spoken, thoughtful men. What a stupid thing to say, John. "Please STAY in Prescott." Nice fascism, John. You think I'll vote differently than you, therefore you don't want me voting? Maybe you're in the wrong country...

Yes, I've voted in every MN election from 92 to 07. This shouldn't be too tough to figure out, John... And, no offense, but you thinking you're a "very well informed voter" doesn't make you one. "Why would a vote for Franken have to be nothing more than a vote against a Republican?" Polls have shown the reasons for people voting for Franken had almost nothing to do with his platform (was there even one besides 'down with Norm'?), and were more of a vote of no-confidence in Coleman than anything else. There were no valid political reasons to give him a vote. He has less experience than Jesse Ventura. Did you vote for him too, John?

You're in Prescott, yet you have voted in every MN election for 20 years...anyway. Why would a vote for Franken have to be nothing more than a vote against a Republican? I am a VERY well informed voter and I think the only choice was Franken. He is an intelligent, well spoken, thoughtful man who will do the right thing in Washington. Perhaps that is more than you can handle in a politician. Please STAY in Prescott.

I can't believe anybody would waste a vote on this man simply to vote against the republican party. Minnesota has some of the most uninformed voters of all the U.S., and I've voted in every election in MN for almost the last 20 years. They never learn from history...
