Raiders Express begins 17th summer

Raiders Express began its 17th summer with 291 participants. Raiders Express was started in 1994, with 50 high school students. Since then, more than 1,500 Hastings student athletes have participated in the program.

Compete in Warrior Dash on July 23

Warrior Dash is coming to Minnesota for the first time. Warrior Dash is a 5k extreme run with 11 obstacles including junkyards, fires and tunnels. Warrior Dash will be located at Afton Alps on July 23 and 24. Approximately 22,000 people have registered to compete in Warrior Dash, with a cap set at 24,000 participants.

Seven chosen for All-State band and choir

Fifteen Hastings High School students were nominated to participate in All-State auditions. After auditions, seven students were selected and one was listed as an alternate.
