The meeting was called to order at 5:15 PM at 1300 145th Street East, in the 917 Board Room. Board members present: Arlene Bush, Dan Cater, Deb Clark, Ron Hill, Jill Lewis, Kathy Lewis, and ex-officio member Supt. John Christiansen. Absent: Vanda Pressnall, Veronica Walter, Tom Ryerson. Also present: Nicolle Roush, Jim Eberhardt, and Valerie Dosland. Good news reports were presented. The following Consent Agenda items were approved: minutes, personnel, bills to be paid, investment report and wire transfers. Reports: Legislative Report and Cedar School Sun Classroom Modifications. Recommended actions approved: Revised Policy 9.25, Payroll Direct Deposit. Adjournment at 7:16 PM.
