Annual Election and Annual Town Meeting

Notice is hereby given to the qualified voters of Douglas Township, County of Dakota, State of Minnesota, that the Annual Town Meeting and Annual Election of Township Officers will be held at the Douglas Town Hall located at 12409 240th St. Hampton Minnesota, on Tuesday March 12th, 2013 between the hours of 10:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m.

to Elect:

One Supervisor for a 3 year term

One Treasurer for a 2 year term

The Annual Meeting will follow the Canvas of the Ballots at

approximately 8:30 p.m. to discuss the budget for the coming year and to conduct all necessary business prescribed by law.

In case of inclement weather the election and meeting will be held

on Tuesday March 19, 2013.
