NININGER TOWNSHIP

ANNUAL MEETING AND ELECTION

The citizens of the Township of Nininger, in the County of Dakota, State of Minnesota, who are qualified to vote in the general

election, are hereby notified that the Annual Town Election and Meeting will be held on Tuesday the 12th day March, 2013

at the Nininger TownHall.

The polls will be open between the hours of:

10:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m.to elect:

One Supervisor for a term of 3 years

One Clerk/Treasurer for a term of 2 years

The Annual Meeting will b egin as soon as the votes have been counted. The bad weather date for the election and meeting

will be the 19th day of March, 2013.
