REZONE PROPERTY FROM I-1 INDUSTRIAL PARK

TO DC DOWNTOWN CORE

200 WEST 2ND STREET

FORMER H.D. HUDSON MANUFACTURING SITE

Notice is hereby given that the Hastings Planning Commission will meet in a public hearing at 7:00 pm on Monday, February 25, 2013 in the City Council Chambers located in Hastings City Hall, 101 Fourth Street East, Hastings, Minnesota to consider a request by the Hastings Economic Development and Redevelopment Authority (HEDRA) to amend Hastings City Code Chapter 155.01 - Official Zoning Map as follows:

Rezone property from I-1 Industrial Park to DC Downtown Core.

The property is located at 200 West 2nd Street and formerly home

of H.D. Hudson Manufacturing.

Before the date of the public hearing, persons may contact the Hastings Planning Department between 8:00 am and 4:30 pm. Monday through Friday with any questions. All persons are welcome to attend this hearing and make comment.
